Acceptance of These Terms

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the SwiftPeptides.com website (the “Website”) operated by Swift Sales, LLC (“Swift,” “us,” “we,” or “our”). These Terms contain important information regarding limitations of our liability and your legal rights.

Your access to and use of this Website is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. These Terms apply to all visitors, account holders, customers, affiliates, and others who access or use the Website.

By accessing or using the Website, creating an account, clicking an acceptance checkbox, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you do not have permission to access or use the Website.

Related Policies

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Information, Returns & Refunds Policy, and any product, promotion, affiliate, rewards, checkout, or program-specific terms displayed on the Website.

Section 01

SMS Messaging

We may use SMS messaging to provide transactional notifications, such as order updates and account alerts, and marketing communications, such as promotions and product announcements, if you have opted in.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Message frequency may vary.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Section 02

Your Agreement to Abide by Applicable Laws

By using this Website, you agree to comply with all local, state, federal, and other applicable laws, statutes, rules, and regulations relating to your access to or use of the Website and associated products or services.

You are solely responsible for determining whether your access, purchase, possession, handling, storage, intended research, or other activity is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Section 03

Research Use Only Disclaimer

Mandatory Research-Use Restriction

All products are intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research use. Products are not for human or animal use, ingestion, consumption, diagnostic use, medical use, therapeutic use, or veterinary use.

The products are not intended to diagnose, cure, mitigate, treat, or prevent disease. They are not intended for use as food additives, drugs, cosmetics, household chemicals, or any other inappropriate or unlawful application.

The listing of a product for sale does not constitute a license to use that product in infringement of any patent, intellectual-property right, law, or regulation.

Products must be handled only by qualified, properly trained, and appropriately equipped research or laboratory personnel. Swift does not provide medical advice, treatment advice, dosing instructions, administration instructions, or advice regarding human or animal use.

Section 04

Purchaser Representations and Warranties

By accessing product information, creating an account, or purchasing, you represent and warrant that:

  1. You are at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
  2. You are purchasing solely for lawful in-vitro laboratory research and not for human or animal use or consumption.
  3. You possess sufficient knowledge, training, facilities, protective equipment, and experience to safely receive, store, handle, and use the products.
  4. You have independently reviewed and understand the intended research use of the products.
  5. You are familiar with the health and safety hazards associated with handling the products.
  6. You understand the necessity of adequately warning all persons who may handle or encounter the products.
  7. You will comply with all applicable laws regarding intended or actual use, possession, storage, handling, transfer, and disposal.
  8. You will not resell, redistribute, divert, relabel, repackage, or provide products to any person for prohibited use.
  9. All information you provide is accurate, complete, current, and not misleading.

We rely on these representations when deciding whether to permit Website access, approve an account, accept an order, or continue doing business with you.

Section 05

Eligibility, Accounts, and Website Access

When you create an account, you guarantee that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. Inaccurate, incomplete, obsolete, fraudulent, or misleading information may result in rejection, restriction, suspension, or immediate termination.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, restricting access to your devices, and all activities that occur through your account. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use.

Accounts are personal to the registered individual or approved business and may not be sold, transferred, shared, or used on behalf of another person without prior written authorization.

We reserve the right, at any time and in our sole discretion, to refuse registration, request identity or order verification, restrict product access, suspend or terminate an account, cancel pending orders, revoke member privileges, or deny future service.

Section 06

Purchases, Order Acceptance, and Payment

We rely on you to know the requirements of your jurisdiction and purchase accordingly, including taxes, licenses, registrations, permits, qualifications, and any other requirement necessary for legal compliance.

All orders are offers to purchase and remain subject to acceptance. An order confirmation, payment authorization, or tracking number does not constitute final acceptance. We may refuse, limit, hold, verify, or cancel an order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, payment risk, inaccurate information, pricing errors, coupon misuse, inventory limitations, resale concerns, prohibited use, or failure to satisfy account or research-use requirements.

Prices, availability, and product information are subject to change without notice. We may correct pricing, description, coupon, tax, shipping, or inventory errors before or after an order is submitted. If we cancel an accepted order, we will refund the amount actually paid for the canceled portion, subject to processor timing.

Payments are processed by one or more third-party payment providers. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for a third-party provider’s collection, use, storage, sharing, or security of payment information, except as required by law.

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method submitted and that all billing, contact, shipping, and payment information is true, correct, complete, and authorized.

Statement Descriptor

You acknowledge that charges may appear using the descriptor disclosed during checkout, including “Swift Sales” or another descriptor used by our authorized processor.

Fraud Prevention and Chargebacks

You agree to contact Swift at support@swiftpeptides.com before initiating a payment dispute so we may attempt to resolve the issue. This does not waive non-waivable rights under applicable law.

Fraudulent, abusive, duplicative, or bad-faith disputes, chargebacks, payment reversals, or claims may result in account suspension, cancellation of pending orders, refusal of future service, forfeiture of promotional privileges, and pursuit of remedies available under law.

Section 07

Promotions, Coupons, Rewards, Referrals, and Affiliates

Coupons and Promotions

Coupons, promotional codes, BOGO offers, gifts, credits, discounts, and limited-time promotions are subject to the terms displayed with the offer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, offers may not be combined, transferred, reproduced, resold, redeemed for cash, or applied retroactively.

We may exclude products, customers, affiliates, orders, shipping charges, taxes, or other items. We may modify, suspend, revoke, correct, or end a promotion and may cancel orders involving abuse, technical errors, unauthorized code sharing, account duplication, or conduct violating these Terms.

Points and Rewards

Reward points, referral points, store credits, and similar benefits are promotional, have no cash value, are not property, are non-transferable unless authorized, and may be subject to expiration, minimum thresholds, exclusions, and program rules.

We may adjust, reverse, suspend, or cancel points or rewards issued in error, obtained through abuse, associated with a refunded, canceled, disputed, fraudulent, or ineligible order, or otherwise contrary to program rules.

Affiliate Program

Affiliate participation is subject to approval, continued eligibility, these Terms, and any separate affiliate rules. Affiliate codes are intended for authorized customer referrals and may not be used deceptively, publicly misrepresented, or distributed in violation of advertising laws or program rules.

Commissions may be withheld, reversed, or denied for canceled, refunded, fraudulent, self-referred, disputed, ineligible, or noncompliant transactions. Personal affiliate purchase discounts, when offered, are confidential, non-transferable, limited to the approved affiliate’s own purchases, and may be changed or revoked based on activity, eligibility, or account standing.

See our Affiliate Program page for additional information.

Section 08

Shipping, Tracking, Delivery, and Route Protection

Our current Shipping Information is incorporated by reference. Orders are typically processed within twenty-four (24) hours on business days. The regular shipping cutoff is 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time on business days. Processing and transit estimates are not guarantees.

Tracking is sent by email after a shipping label is created. Label creation does not necessarily mean that the carrier has scanned, accepted, or begun transporting the package.

Orders with a merchandise subtotal over $300 before coupons, discounts, credits, or promotional adjustments may only ship using an available UPS service.

Address-change requests must be emailed to support@swiftpeptides.com as soon as possible. We do not guarantee an address can be changed after processing begins or a label is created. Customers are responsible for entering a complete, accurate, and deliverable address.

Shipments generally do not require a signature. You are responsible for monitoring tracking and arranging prompt, secure retrieval after delivery.

Carrier Delays, Loss, Damage, and Route

Carrier estimates and scans may be affected by weather, holidays, service interruptions, address issues, network congestion, natural disasters, theft, or other circumstances outside our control.

Route package protection may be offered at checkout. When Route is purchased, eligible claims are handled under Route’s then-current terms, eligibility requirements, exclusions, and approval procedures. Route may arrange a replacement or other available resolution for an approved claim.

Customers who decline Route may have limited remedies for a package that is lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or marked delivered, subject to applicable law and carrier claim rights.

Review the complete Shipping Information page before ordering.

Section 09

Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns

Due to our control standards and the fragile nature of our products, we do not accept returns. In the rare event an order arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, contact support@swiftpeptides.com promptly and provide the order number, a description, and any photographs or information reasonably requested.

Cancellation requests must be received by email before shipment. Because orders may enter processing quickly, a request is not guaranteed merely because it was sent before tracking became visible. Once shipped, an order may not be canceled and is not eligible for a standard change-of-mind refund.

If you or we cancel an eligible order before shipment, we will refund the amount actually paid for the canceled portion. Refund timing is controlled in part by the applicable bank or payment provider.

Shipping loss, theft, carrier damage, or delivery disputes may be subject to the Shipping Information, Route terms, carrier procedures, and supporting-document requirements rather than the standard return process.

Review our Returns & Refunds Policy for additional details.

Section 10

Availability, Errors, Inaccuracies, and Product Information

All articles, research summaries, product descriptions, and product information are for informational and educational purposes only.

We assume no liability for availability, errors, omissions, or inaccuracies of information, products, or services. We may experience delays in updating information on the Website or in advertising and communications elsewhere.

Information, products, services, prices, images, labels, certificates, lot information, availability, promotions, and descriptions may contain errors, may not be complete or current, or may differ from packaging or materials delivered. We may correct errors, update information, substitute equivalent packaging, and cancel or refuse affected orders.

Where available, certificates of analysis and related testing information correspond to identified lots or samples and should not be interpreted as medical, clinical, therapeutic, or regulatory approval. Offering a product or information does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or instruction for prohibited use.

Section 11

Prohibited Uses

You agree to use the Website in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and these Terms. You agree not to:

  1. Impersonate Swift Sales, LLC or its employees, representatives, contractors, or affiliates.
  2. Misrepresent identity, qualifications, intended research, affiliation, billing information, or shipping information.
  3. Use the Website or products for any unlawful, prohibited, human, animal, diagnostic, medical, therapeutic, veterinary, or consumptive purpose.
  4. Resell, redistribute, divert, relabel, repackage, or market products for prohibited use.
  5. Send unauthorized advertising, spam, junk mail, chain mail, or similar material.
  6. Engage in conduct that restricts or inhibits Website use or may harm Swift, users, carriers, payment providers, or third parties.
  7. Disable, overburden, damage, impair, or interfere with the Website or another party’s use.
  8. Use robots, spiders, scrapers, crawlers, automated technology, or manual processes to access, monitor, extract, or copy Website material without authorization.
  9. Introduce viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, malicious code, or other harmful materials.
  10. Attempt unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any Website, server, account, computer, or database.
  11. Attack or attempt to attack the Website through denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service methods.
  12. Misuse coupons, rewards, referrals, affiliate codes, personal affiliate discounts, accounts, payment methods, claims, or chargeback procedures.
  13. Otherwise interfere with the Website or violate applicable law.

Indemnification

If you violate these Terms and your violation causes harm to others, you agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Swift Sales, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, service providers, and affiliates from and against all losses, damages, expenses, claims, liabilities, demands, penalties, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising out of or relating to your Website use, product handling, submitted content, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or violation of another person’s rights.

Section 12

Intellectual Property and DMCA Procedure

All contents of this Website are © 2026 Swift Sales, LLC or applicable third parties. All rights are reserved.

Unless specified otherwise, this Website and all content and materials—including logos, designs, text, graphics, photographs, information, data, software, sound files, computer code, page layouts, and arrangement thereof (“Content”)—are proprietary property of Swift Sales, LLC or applicable third parties and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, unfair-competition, and other intellectual-property laws.

Except as expressly permitted in writing, no part of this Website or its Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, mirrored, or commercially exploited.

If you become aware of a potential infringement of Swift’s intellectual property, contact support@swiftpeptides.com.

Claims of Intellectual-Property Infringement

We respect the intellectual-property rights of others. If you believe in good faith that Website Content infringes your copyright, trademark, or other rights, you or your authorized agent may submit a written notice titled “Infringement of Intellectual Property Rights – DMCA.”

Your notice must include:

  1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act for the owner.
  2. A description of the protected work and allegedly infringing material, including the relevant URL or sufficient information to locate it.
  3. Your name, email address, mailing address, and telephone number.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Incomplete notices may not be processed. Misrepresentations or bad-faith claims may expose the sender to damages, costs, or attorneys’ fees.

Submit notices to Swift Sales, LLC at support@swiftpeptides.com, 2728 Davie Boulevard, #271, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312, United States.

Section 13

Disclaimer of Warranties

This Website and the goods or services displayed or sold through it are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, no warranty, express or implied—including any implied warranty of merchantability, satisfactory quality, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose or use—shall apply, whether arising by law, course of dealing, course of performance, usage of trade, or otherwise.

We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, current, complete, or free from harmful components, or that any result or information will meet your expectations.

Section 14

Damages and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Swift Sales, LLC or its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, service providers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of, relating to, or in any way connected with your access to, display of, reliance on, or use of the Website; your delay or inability to access or use it; any opinions or information appearing on it; any computer viruses or harmful code; third-party websites; or products or services obtained through the Website, whether based on negligence, contract, tort, strict liability, consumer-protection law, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

If, despite the limitation above, Swift is found liable for loss or damage arising out of or connected with an occurrence described above, Swift’s aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to Swift for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

The limitations reflect the allocation of risk between the parties and will survive and apply even if any limited remedy is found to have failed of its essential purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Section 15

Links and Third-Party Services

The Website may contain hyperlinks to websites or services operated by third parties. We provide them for convenience and reference only. We do not control, review, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content, availability, security, products, services, terms, or privacy practices.

You are responsible for taking precautions to ensure that links, files, or software accessed from this Website or another site are free from viruses, worms, Trojan horses, defects, and other destructive items. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement or association.

Payment processors, carriers, Route, analytics providers, communication platforms, loyalty systems, affiliate systems, and other third-party providers may have separate terms and privacy policies governing your interaction with them.

Section 16

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemic, epidemic, labor disputes, supply interruptions, power or internet outages, cyber incidents, government action, carrier disruption, customs delay, backorders, mail delay, loss in transit, or failure of a third-party provider.

You remain responsible for making alternative arrangements and for costs associated with obtaining substitute products or services, subject to applicable law.

Section 17

Governing Law, Severability, Dispute Resolution, Venue, and Class Action Waiver

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws provisions. Your use of the Website and associated services is at your own risk, and you remain responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

These Terms shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the Uniform Commercial Code to the extent its application may be disclaimed, or Incoterms.

Before filing a claim, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including interpretation or breach, that is not resolved informally shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Broward County, Florida, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

You and Swift Sales, LLC agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative action, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Section 18

Entire Agreement, Waiver, and Order Acknowledgment

These Terms, together with all incorporated policies and any program- or order-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Swift regarding Website use and purchases and supersede prior electronic, written, or oral agreements concerning the same subject matter.

Our failure to enforce a right or provision is not a waiver. A waiver is effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Swift.

By clicking “I agree,” creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the Shipping Information, Returns & Refunds Policy, Privacy Policy, checkout acknowledgments, research-use restrictions, and any other terms displayed in connection with the transaction.

Section 19

Changes to These Terms and Contact Information

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless a later effective date is stated. The “Last Updated” date identifies the most recent revision. Your continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

If you have questions about these Terms, contact support@swiftpeptides.com.
