Why do I need an account to view products?

Swift Peptides uses a secure member-only catalog. Creating an account allows customers to access available research materials, view pricing, manage orders, access rewards, and update account information.

How do I create an account?

Visit the My Account page and complete the registration form. You must provide a valid email address and confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Visit the password reset page and enter the email address associated with your account. A password-reset link will be sent to you.

Why am I not being redirected after logging in?

After logging in, members should be directed to the Swift Member Home page. If the page does not load correctly, refresh your browser, clear your browser cache, or log out and log back in.

What are Swift Peptides products intended for?

All products sold by Swift Peptides are intended strictly for laboratory research use only.

They are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic use, medical use, therapeutic application, or household use.

Are your products tested?

Available testing documentation may include third-party analytical reports such as HPLC purity testing and heavy-metal testing.

Documentation availability may vary by product or batch.

Where can I find Certificates of Analysis?

Available Certificates of Analysis can be viewed on the COA page.

Customers should verify that the batch or product information on the available document corresponds with the material received.

Why does the amount inside a vial sometimes appear very small?

Some research materials are supplied in small measured quantities and may be lyophilized into a thin layer, residue, or compact material inside the vial.

The visual amount inside the vial does not necessarily reflect the labeled quantity. Do not open the vial or remove the stopper to inspect the contents.

What should I do if I believe there is an issue with a product?

Contact support before opening, altering, or disposing of the product or packaging.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The product name
  • A clear description of the concern
  • Clear photos of the vial, label, packaging, and shipping materials

Opening the vial, removing the stopper, adding liquid, or otherwise altering the product may prevent Swift Peptides from verifying the reported issue.

Can you recommend how a product should be used?

No. Swift Peptides does not provide instructions for personal use, administration, dosing, reconstitution, or treatment.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all products are handled only by qualified individuals in an appropriate laboratory research setting.

Ordering

How do I place an order?

Log in to your account, open the Research Catalog, select the materials you need, and proceed through checkout.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

No. An active customer account is required to access the catalog and place an order.

Where can I view my previous orders?

Log in and visit Member Home or the Orders section of My Account.

Your recent orders, order status, totals, and available order details will appear there.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact support as soon as possible.

Orders may begin processing quickly, so changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has been submitted.

Why does my bank statement show “Swift Sales”?

Swift Peptides operates through Swift Sales, LLC. Depending on the payment processor, the charge on your bank or card statement may appear as “Swift Sales.”

Can coupon codes be combined?

Unless an offer specifically states otherwise, coupon codes and promotions cannot be combined.

Only one qualifying promotion may be applied to an order.

Why is my coupon code not working?

A coupon may not apply when:

  • The promotion has expired
  • The product is excluded
  • The minimum purchase requirement has not been met
  • Another coupon is already applied
  • The coupon is limited to specific customers or uses
  • The order does not otherwise meet the promotion terms

Shipping

When will my order ship?

Processing time depends on order volume, payment confirmation, product availability, and the shipping service selected.

Tracking information is sent after the shipping label is created.

What is the overnight shipping cutoff?

Orders requiring overnight shipping should generally be completed before 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

Orders placed after the cutoff may be processed on the next eligible business day. Carrier schedules, weekends, holidays, and order volume may affect delivery timing.

Does overnight shipping guarantee next-day delivery?

The selected shipping service reflects the carrier service purchased, but carrier delays can still occur.

Swift Peptides cannot guarantee a carrier’s delivery time after a package has been accepted into the carrier’s network.

Why has my tracking information stopped updating?

Tracking scans may be delayed during weekends, holidays, severe weather, periods of high carrier volume, or transfers between carrier facilities.

A pause in tracking does not necessarily mean the package has been lost.

Why does tracking say delivered when I do not have the package?

First check:

  • Around the delivery location
  • With other household members
  • With neighbors
  • With a front desk, mailroom, or package room
  • Any delivery photo or carrier notes

If the package still cannot be located, contact the carrier and Swift Peptides support promptly.

Is a signature required?

Orders above certain values may require a signature at delivery.

Signature requirements help protect high-value shipments and reduce the risk of loss or theft.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Contact support immediately.

Shipping-address changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun or a shipping label has been created.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Tracking information is sent to the email address entered on the order.

It may also appear within the order details section of your Swift account. Please check spam or junk folders if you do not see the email.

Returns, Refunds, and Order Concerns

Due to the nature of the products, storage requirements, handling concerns, and chain-of-custody limitations, returns may be restricted.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact support promptly and retain all products, vials, boxes, inserts, labels, and shipping materials.

Send clear photos showing:

  • The exterior shipping package
  • The internal packaging
  • The damaged item
  • The product label

Do not discard the materials until the support team has completed its review.

What if an item is missing from my order?

Check all packaging carefully before contacting support, including inserts, padding, small boxes, and sealed sections of the shipment.

If an item still appears to be missing, contact support with your order number and photos of everything received.

What if I entered the wrong email address?

Can affiliates also earn customer loyalty points?
